I started my Musical Journey at the age of 8. The call of rhythm and a strong backing from my Family saw me placed under the able guidance of Sri Nagaraj Rao Gaikwad, a very inspiring and knowledgeable Guru in Bangalore. A young and dynamic musician, I was quick to enter the Concert Arena and have received Critical Acclaim for my performances in India and Abroad.

My artistry lies in the capability to accompany Hindustani Vocal & Instrumental Music with equal ease, at the same time feeling very much at home in presenting the truly traditional Tabla Solo format. My forte also lies in blending my style with the dynamism of Fusion Music & the complicated Mathematics of Carnatic Music.
